PreeFlow® eco-PEN volumetric micro dispensers are supplied with a drive and
dispenser head consisting of a rotor & stator assembly, which
have been purposely designed for easy maintenance.
The
PreeFlow® eco-PEN works in a single axis with a self sealing
rotor housed in a pressure-tight stator - this provides a
simple, yet very effective positive displacement volumetric metering
system.
The
accurately controlled rotary motion of the rotor transfers the
medium by proportional volumetric displacement in the stator. The medium
being dispensed is unaffected by this process, so shear
sensitive material can be dispensed safely and easily.
