pioneered the first patented valveless rotating and reciprocating piston
precision metering pump concept and has been providing precise fluid
metering control for
over 50 years. FMI dispensers and metering pumps have been utilised in a
broad range of laboratory, analytical, industrial process, and OEM
applications requiring precision fluid metering.
With accuracies better
than ± 1% and consistent precise output with all FMI pumps. Accuracy is
held from micro litres to the full flow range. Output does not change
more than ± 1% of set value. An important cost saving factor considering

leak, hang up or service, maintenance and down time are considerably

radically new volumetric micro dispenser system utilising the
Endless Piston Principle that enables the dosing of
a multitude of different
media with just one efficient volumetric micro dispenser unit.
With volumetric dosing accuracies of +1% and repeatability of >99%, a
considerable savings in product wastage can be realised.
With PreeFlow® precision dispensing systems, you will be able to accurately dose low
viscosity fluids to high viscosity pastes from 0.001ml upwards from dots to
beads, ideal for SMT system applications.
PreeFlow®
volumetric micro dispensers can
accurately dispense oils, greases, sealants, adhesives, silicones, fluxes, solder
pastes, foodstuffs or abrasive
media. The accuracy of the volume dosed is unaffected by temperature, pressure or
viscosity. Dosing fluid pressures of 16 to 20 bar can be achieved. All PreeFlow®

dispensers and volumetric dosing systems have the instant reverse-flow feature for
